Pickup: You’ll receive pickup address (in Gates) and instructions after your order is confirmed.
Delivery: You'll receive a text or email when your order has been delivered. We will ring the doorbell and leave the flowers on the porch, or any place you specify. We will call or text the recipient if it seems like they aren't home to let them know. In cold weather, flowers cannot be left outside- please make sure the recipient will be home to receive them. Vases are sanitized when they are packed for delivery and hands are sanitized before carrying to the door.
